I listen to Motley Crue most of the time. Mostly oldie music such as Aerosmith, AC/DC, Megadeth, etc.

Nah probably not. I listen to music with my cats that I've had for like ten years and they've never even seemed to notice unless its waaay too loud or something...

In my experience, yes, cats do like music - my cat Sebastian would always start to purr when I sang to him...I left classical music on for my three cats when I left the house - it kept them calm! Whether or not your cats enjoy Motley Crue, however, it something you'll have to discern for yourself...if they're used to metal & hard rock, and having been around it since kittenhood, they probably consider it part of their environment. Not too loud, though - their hearing is very acute - you don't want to disturb their naps!

My cat does.
He loves listening to the countdown on the radio. We turned the radio on when we were moving house and it calmed him right down.

Not really. Sometimes something soft but most music is way too loud for their sensitive years.
