Is this a good workout routine? I am changing it up?
As of now i do:
Monday: chest, run, abs
Tuesday: biceps, triceps, run, abs
Wednesday: back, run, abs
Thursday: shoulders, run abs
Friday: legs, run abs
I am thinking of adding back again on saturday and biceps and triceps on sunday so they are being focused more. I would forget run and abs those days too. My arms and back would get recovery time on the days i do not do them so it doesnt seem bad to do this. Is this a good idea?

I would not run on wednesday because if you are trying to gain muscle running limits the amount of muscle you can gain, everything else seems fine and have plenty of protein and just do plenty of body weight stuff
