How many episodes does it have? Is it on-going? Does it have an OVA/Extra/Special? Is an episode or OVA/Extra/Special or something gonna be released in a week or so? Or is it done? Thank you :-)

There are supposed to be 2 seasons, each with 26 episodes, and all of it will be four books in total. The first book (Air) had 12 episodes, the second (Spirits) will have 14 and will be aired in 2013, the third and fourth will have 13 episodes each.

Avatar have different books (Seasons)
Legend of korra have only 12 episodes and no ova.
It is the book 1.
next book (Season) will come next year in April maybe.

it has 12 episodes and it is ongoing (another 12 episodes scheduled for 2013) it doesn't have OVA/extra/specials.
