Well from the perspective of a woman, I personally would wallow in my own misery for a while. But life goes on, and I will start to see that as much as I love him, I will learn to love others like how I love him and that the next time around the guy will remain faithful to me. There are so many people out there afterall. I know I'm a female but the same should apply to males. I will also try to remember the good times, and let this be a valuable experience. I believe that hearts are meant to be broken only to be rendered whole again by true love :)

  • Oh that's horrible, I'm so sorry. Just realise that God has the perfect girl planned for you out there...the girl you were with wasn't the right girl for you. But sooner or later, that perfect girl will come along.

Also, remember that hurt serves its purpose: it intensifies our joy when we finally meet the right person. Good luck and God bless.

don't worry mate, was with a girl for almost 2 years, and pretty much the same thing, you will get over it soon, its been almost 7 months since i broke up, and i finally got over it, just give it time and put all your emotions into something, i learnt how to take all my anger/sadness and all that and channel it into playing a musical instrument
