Help with indigestion?
I have had indigestion for over four days, and before that for a week. I have tried drinking prune juice, eat fruit and foods with fiber, and activia. I used to take metamucil and probiotics but it did not seem to work. I exercise every day. I have always had problems with my digestive system, but never for so long. It pretty much started when i started controlling my portions and eating healthier. My daily diet basically consists of this:
Breakfast- one piece of rye bread with butter/creamcheese/ or cottage cheese and pearjam with a small glass of milk
Lunch- a small pice of rye bread with cold cuts and lettuce or cheese OR an activia and small apple
Dinner- usually a balanced dinner with meat, a salad without dressing, and a small portion of potato
I drink lots of water everyday (almost a cup every hour).
I really have no idea what to do any advice will be much appreciated!!!
(don't know if it makes a difference but i am a fourteen year old female :p)
(By indigestion i mean no bowel movement :p i literally have an empty colon, but my large intestine is stuffed)

To have digestion related problems at your age is rather unusual. What exactly is happening when you say you are suffering from indigestion - flatulence / bloating / constipation / irregular bowel movements? Depending on your symptoms, maybe something more specific can be suggested.
Do not crash diet / limit your intake too much because the body does need required proportion of proteins and nutrients to remain healthy. If deprived of it, it gets into the conservation mode (thinking it may not get enough of it later) and metabolism goes down significantly.
