If you purchased your computer with the Windows 7 operating system already installed, then one of the partitions you deleted, was probably the partition that contained the Windows Recovery System,

( the "D" Recovery drive ). You'll either need to borrow a Windows 7 installation disk from a friend that is identical to your operating system in order for you to be able to register it with Microsoft again. When you get the Windows 7 OS installed again, make a copy of the OS in case it's ever needed again.

If you have the Windows7 cd, just reinstall the whole OS. The key number is on a sticker on the right side of the case or bottom on a laptop. If you don't have the cd, borrow one from a friend as they are all the same except for the key number, just use your key number.

make sure the pc boots from CD rather than HDD. You can set that in the BIOS mgmt settings. It sounds like your computer is looking for the bootmgr on the HDD only.

Also, I hope you have a bootable win7 disk rather than an upgrade disk.
