basal body temperature?
when i was sick and menstrating about a week ago i felt i had a fever for two days. on the third day i felt warm still just slightly less then the last two days so i found a thermometer and i checked my body temperature and it was 36.2, this was at 8 30 pm. so i thought to myself how can i feel warm and only have a temperature of 36.2? so i thought to myself how im ALWAYS freezing, especially my toes and how when i am i hot i sweat very little so i feel sick and thought this does not feel normal so i started checking my basal body temperature about three days ago s soon as i wake every morning and so far my highest temperature while not sick was today at 35.7 and lowest was 35.5 over a period of four days( and the highest at all was 36.6 when i was sick). i also been checking heart rate and mine seems normal with average around 60-77 bpm ( i am not an athlete at all) . So considering the fact i have alot of other symptoms( ex irritable brain fog CONSTANT fatique, always hungry, brain fog, eczema, hair thinning and hair loss, eyebrows thinning on the outside corners, heavy menstral flow, insomnia, depression for two years (not so much now however) i have digestive issue (lactose intolerance, frequent (pretty much everyday ) soft stools, abdominal pain and acid reflux.) also i don't quite know why but my gums seem quite pale lately (even white in places) i am also always stressed out (NOT about health usually). ive been afraid to go to the doctors because i am afraid they may think im crazy or lying because of all my symptoms and i was just wondering if this is normal basal body temperature and if not is this a sign i should check my thyriod.
oh incase it matters im female, 20 years old no family history of thyroid disease however a long family history of diabetes and my mom has crohns disease.
Sorry highest temperature at all was 36.2 when i was sick not 36.6.

As you know, basal rate temps are typically used to identify ovulation time and must be done first thing in the morning for accuracy.
In your case a basal rate thermometer with variations as slight as you have seen do not indicate any reason for concern. Don't be overly concerned.

What you're speaking about sounds like submit O temps. once you ovulate, your temps will bypass up .03-.04 factors or more desirable. they are going to stay unsleeping there throughout your finished luteal area. For some women they start up to decline an afternoon or 2 earlier your era shows, for some women they stay intense till the day after your era begins. if you're pregnant they are going to stay intense and also you'll get an excellent being pregnant try about 14 days once you've ovulated. sturdy success.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/dUdI2
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.
