Mine?
Excalibur (Type Moon version) : Can do a lot of destruction, and it can be invisible from time to time.
Ten Commandments/Decaforce/Ten Powers (Rave Master) : Another good sword, have 10 different forms.
Kyoka Suigetsu (Bleach) : Illusion, eh? Can be compared with Sharingan's Genjutsu which is very useful in battles.

The Buster Blade, Final Fantasy VII, I just like it.
The Tenseiga, Inuyasha. A blade that can't cut, but can cure you. H*ll yeah.
Shichika Yasuri, from Katanagatari. Technically, he is the ultimate sword. And he is nice and you can make him do anything you want, hot... Yeah, lots and lots of reasons that I want him as my third and final sword. Not mention he is insanely strong and can snap anyone else blade in half.

From Bleach.. Shikai & Bankai: Any three of these would be fine.
Zangetsu - Ichigo
Hyrinmaru - Toshiro
Senbonzakura - Byakuya
Zabimaru - Renji (esp. his Bankai)
and
Sode no Shirayuki - Rukia (although there's no Bankai)
There was a lot of thought put into the powers of these blades.

Tenseiga and Tessaiga from Inuyasha...I will absolutely bring justice to both heaven and earth if I can! hahaha!
Also, the sword of Saber in Fate/Stay Night. :)
