Why do so many people assume I am Christian or Atheist?

Several times I have been accused of being Christian or Atheist. If I contradict one, I am now a stupid follower of the other one? Oh, and, everyone who does this, please stop calling people stupid. Will it make them learn? No.

Hey, I am not Christian! I honestly think that modern Christianity is ******* retarded. I am something called Agnostic.

    I run into this problem on Y!A all the time.

    It's because people come here to insult each other, not help each other.

    If that's what you're looking for, you might think about finding a new category. I like the philosophy one, some spiritual stuff finds it's way in there all the time.
