How many of you would like to see ALL of our elected officials earn no more than Minimum Wage?

Appears like another corp. Rip-off to me...In no way heard of it but its a bunch of b.S. Im worn out myself of the humans who without a doubt do the labor/work in this country and always being robbed of their work efforts money wise where as anybody in an place of business can sit there and click a few buttons during the day and be paid umpteen 1000's of dollars extra a yr. Than the guy/woman who's truly performing the work and making these massive organisations reap all of the advantages and receive massive bonuses while the working man is consistently being taken from. Its a type of theft and corruption..Those that work and are clearly doing the labor will have to be allowed to reap some advantages additionally and not simply the guys in the back of the curtain...They're all present day day thieves simply developing with methods to do it legally(in corporates eyes)..Its still thieving if u ask me and any person else whose a working classification american citizen..Banks control the whole lot now and it can be all about making them extra money and keeping the bad man down! F@#$**G Thieves!

No. Nobody can support themselves on minimum wage, much less a family. I would not wish that on my worst enemy, even those who consistently vote against raising the minimum wage, or who want to do away with it altogether.

Their term should be limited. After, say, max. 6 years they will become private citizens and will start living under the laws they had passed for everybody. That would keep them honest.

Nobody would run for office if that was the case. If they did, they would take payoffs for their vote. That is why they are well compensated. Its the same with CEO's. They are well paid for their experience and to keep their loyalty to the company.

No it should be the average salary in the state they come from. Then I bet you jobs and pay would go up in their state

They should get around 60-70 thousand dollars, no more, no less...

Than you really think people would bother even becoming elected officials anymore?
