2007 Chevy Express van 3500 4.8 Blows no heat?
I have no heat coming out of my vents. I replaced the thermostat, flushed the system, made sure it was bled properly and still no heat. The temp gauge reads between about two-three lines below 210 degrees and there is no check engine light. What else could be causing this.

Check the fuse for the heater,if it is good check and see if the blower motor is running or not,also check the blend door ,it could be stuck,hope this helps ya out,,,,,,,,

Be sure your engine has warmed thoroughly.
If there is no air blowing from the heater or through the vents you've either got a burnt out heater switch on the dash or a burnt out blower motor.
It's unlikely that a five year old car would have a clogged heater core, but it is possible.

Or the blend door could be stuck. See if both heater hoses are close to the same temperature. If one is cold the you have a plugged heater core. If they're both hot then you have a bad blend door motor or a stuck door. Or a vacuum leak if it;s vacuum operated. Switching from hot to cold , cold to hot, you should hear the door opening..
