can someone please explain the fascination with Twilight?? i'm just not getting it.?

Simple, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Not everyone is going to like everything the same. I'm not a fan of the Twilight series, but as a novelist I understand putting a new spin on things. When doing something like this you'll get mixed results. I guess its not the type of story that would be liked but people who prefer the more classic roles for the wolf man and vampire. So if you don't like it just don't watch it.

The movie wasn't nearly as good as the books. I disagree with horrible "actors" though. Some of the actors weren't the best, but some of them did an excellent job. And not only "12" year olds enjoy these books. Before this book became super popular I remember reading them and falling in love with them loving every minute of it. It represents true long lasting love. I think that most people who talk bad about the Twilight series haven't read it, and since so many people love it they feel like they have to be the odd one out and just hate it for no reason. Stephanie Meyers did an amazing job writing, she had an excellent writing style.

Look, I have noticed that nowadays, young people or lets face it most people, are lacking some common sense, morals and plain self respect. They think all those things are ok, thus when they see it on that movie is like: " wow,! amazing! is a real beautiful love story. What I see, is nothing but a lazy *** 2 timing girl. A wolf that is all show off, and a "vampire", that I still do not understand how he can get it up. He is dead isnt it? then how his blood still flows to that part to make it work?? And another thing, he looks stoned. Ohh that I mention, the way one female character gets killed while the others watch? No, I am not a fan, quiet the opposite, I dislike that movie to the point of it making my stomach turn. I know about some things about it, cause my cousin is a mayor fan. She can watch those movies over, and over, and over, even when I go to her house to visit.

you see, there are a lot like Popadil who are sucked in by the popularity of it and just get INTO it

...a lot have seen Twilight as one of the epic love stories of all time because they become enamored with each other (edward breaking into bella's room, "i should bring oil the next time so the window won't squeak and wake her up when i open it" yes, i have read the manuscript of the sequel from Edward's perspective) and there are also the people who have read the book and want to see how it was created into a movie...it's just the curiosity...many are so blinded that they ignore the terrible actors (KRISTEN STEWART - whore who not only sucks at acting but f*cks married men)

the movies ruined the books for me, BUT i did like the books...waited until midnight to get Breaking Dawn...

Youre just jealous because you cant get into a show everyone loves.

The story is deep and very meaningful. Its not our fault you haven't fell IN LOVE so you cant relate. The beautiful show won numerous awards for its great acting and excellent story.

I love the show so much. Edward is a gentleman and Bella is his love. if you cant understand that, you have no life.
