Easy Question: What is the yellow fuzzy stuff on my new garage floor?
Just moved in to our new apartment, saw there's a bunch of fuzzy, yellow-ish stuff on the cement floor. Was hoping somebody could tell me what it is. Thanks (will award best answer!)

Easy question huh? It could be a lot of stuff. Insulation, saw dust, pollen, lint, ceiling tile debris, or almost anything else that is fuzzy and yellow.

If you are sure that nothing was spilled, It probably effluorescence. It seeps from the concrete especially if there is dampness beneath it. Usually this is for older concrete.
