What instruction books can show me proper layout for Manga illustration?

I've seen the books on how to draw figures and such in Manga style, but I'd like to know more about panel and page layout (esp. reading right to left), angles and lighting. Can anyone suggest a few good books?

    There is no 'proper' format. It all depends on the type of manga you're trying to make and the story you're trying to tell. Try looking at real manga and building your own instructions to follow.

    There are many how to books in your general bookstores like QBD, maybe Dymocks, etc.
