How to get him to fall in love with me?

Ok so I'm like pretty much best friends with this guy we always hang out outside of school in groups and talk at lunch and he walks me back to class after lunch every day and once when I was at a party we slow danced (as friends, because i had a boyfriend a few monthes ago) and he only slow danced with me. I'm pretty sure he only likes me as a friend, though, because he does have other friends who are girls who he hangs out with (not so much outside of school, though). He is also very touchy, like playing with my hands and walking very close to me so pur bodies are touching. We never hug though, except after the party (where i ended up chasing him around the whole time after he stole my phone) How do i get him to like me??? Ik him really well and i just dont think he's interested!! Idk what else to do? Thanks!
