Just deal with it maturely instead of complaining i find it insulting seeing you complain about being pregnant when there are people all over the world that would love a child but are infertile. Grow up.

Early labour I played a computer game with my better and half and whenever I felt a contraction coming on we would dance and jump (well jiggle up and down). Later stages I walked as much as I could. We'd heard bumpy rides and walking helped so we juggled and walked. The later later stages I rocked on all fours. Then I ended up just crashing cos I was exhausted. Not sure if any of these things helped but it helped to keep me a bit occupied so it although it went slow it probably went fatser than it could've done. Good luck

Ignore the silly ladies that obviously don't know how painful complicated lengthily labour can be.
There's lots of ways listed on google I typed 'ways to progress labour' such as curries, pineapple, even sex. Granted these are old wives tales but you never know...
Good luck and all the best :)
