Sleeping issuses?????????????????????

Well. I usually get 9 hours or 8 hours of sleep. Which is perfectly fine like I'm not tired. When I get to school now I get REALLY tired and it's hard to open my eyes. I tried going to sleep earlier but I have so much homework... and I tried coffee but that doesn't work for me. WHAT SHOULD I DO? This started since 2 weeks ago.

    Need to eat breakfast and work out when you wake up. I thought it was total crap that breakfast and physical activity gives you energy for the day, but it really does. I started working out right when i got up and then woud be super hyper throughout the day. Nothing intense, just maybe some jumping jacks or sit up or play your music and dance around for 15 minutes.
