How do you take in threats from your parents?

Let him walk out. He thinks he is so grand. His body must be pumping gold blood. Start working out kid. Every chance you get. Don't let him see you. You start running 5 miles a day and don't tell a soul. come back with dry clothes on. Do push up and get a pull up bar. Do pull ups every chance you get and where a baggy long sleeve shirt all the time. eat high protein foods like meats and eggs. take a daily multivitamin and drink tons of water. It sounds like you got a nut job. It would be nice if you lived in the city and could find mixed martial arts. Kung Fu, Muay Thai, even boxing or wresting. Maybe take up a new hobbie and go help a friends dad go out in the woods and cut some wood. Learn how to sharpen up the axe a little bit too and build the muscles up. Get out of the house and let him be someone elses punching bag. get a tape recorder also and leave it on all the time. test it out and make sure it works good. maybe even set up a video camera in your room if you have the money and don't tell a soul. Be safe just because your young does not mean you have to put up with abuse. you can always call the cops if it gets ugly but it might not always be a nice place where they put you. But it might be a nice mansion with a big screen and good food too? just be smart. use your head and be prepared for anything this dumb*ss might do.

Depends on why they're making those threats. If you're being disrespectful then that's a serious problem because parents don't owe you everything that they provide you with, we should all acknowledge that. If it's for little things, don't take it to heart, maybe your pa has a rough personality and speaks too harshly to express his mind.
