Irs.gov "where's my refund" not working!!?

This is normal, their database is not functioning properly to update all the information it has been stuffed with. Your information is ok, refund most likely processed. You should have received an email as well notifying you of any errors. This seems to happen every year...Your return in there, don't worry =)

I would check my daughter's WMR and occasionally it would say I input the info incorrectly. I did check it frequently. But finally, it stated it would be deposited on Feb 6. So we shall see tomorrow. I did my taxes alittle different this year with a change of address, I E-filed and when I checked on the website, it stated it had been accepted, but at times it states I put the info incorrectly. But when I call the 800 number, it says it is being processed. I am still worried there is a problem, but after seeing I am not the only one, maybe they are having a glitch this year with all the new issues and rule changes.

I am having the same problem like many of you are. I spoke with a rep from the IRS on yesterday who advised that if your form has been accepted and it is still not showing on where's my refund. You can assure that your taxes will be processed likely usual even though you are unable to get any information on their website. She actually gave me my direct deposit date of February 5th.. So now it's just a waiting game to see if it's actually true..

I am having an issue with the wheres my refund too

I filed my refund on jan. 18 2013 with liberty tax prep. I have not recieved an email stating the irs accepted my refund and the irs website and phone number have no information whatsoever!

but I called Liberty and was told my refund was accepted.

I am going crazy!

I'm having that issue right now. I was checking everyday and when I went to check today it said my information might have been imputed wrong but I tried like 10 times and it was right. Maybe there is a issue with the system?!

Ive been on the website several times . Called several times. Only got a real person one time. She said I would have my refund in two to three weeks. So where is it

It tells me mine is still being processed. I mailed my taxes on April 1 and still don't have a refund.
