TAX REFUND SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS?

so i was working at staples from sept until dec, and in oct i moved to another living address, than when i first started. Anyway it just clicked to me that they would have my old address for the send destination!!! Is there any option that i can take for getting back that document??????

well yes of course i am reffering to my w-2. Since it is coming from staples and not the gov.

NO **** I AM NOT SPEAKING ABOUT THE REFUND!!! I KNOW STAPLES DOE NOT SEND REFUND CHECKS.

I am simply asking the steps i would take to get back the w-2 since i am assuming they already mailed it, because i got a w-2 from the job i had before that at my parents address.

    It is a bit premature to be expecting a refund.

    You should call Staples and see if they can get you another copy sent out to your correct address, or maybe you can pick it up at the store. If that doesn't work you can call the IRS directly, they get a copy of all W-2's and explain the situation to them and they will get you the info. That might take a little bit but you will get it.

    I had a friend last year that the company closed and nobody knew where their W-2's were, they all had to call the IRS and get copies..

    Your REFUND or your W-2 was sent to the wrong address? If your W-2, notify staples and ask them to send it to your current address or ask them to pull it out for you to pick up.

    Why didn't you give the post office a change of address form? Call you previouse employer and ask them to change your address and send you a new W2.

    Well , just go to that address & see if they may have your tax refund paper .
