How can I lose weight?
Im a 15 year old male I want to lose weight now
I don't want to go to the gym because I don't have anyone to take me
Im to poor to get equipments so I use 2 chairs and my bed and my little brother lol
I use my bed to do sit ups I use the 2 chairs do form muscle and my little brother he weights about 80 pounds and I use him for weights lol
I hate veggies
I Drink coffee in the morning I drink soda in lunch time and milk with cereal at night the rest of the time I drink water.
Im thinking of walking for 1 hour and when I get to up hill I could start jogging or running with my dog. I would like to lose about 20 pounds How long would it take and whats the fastest way to do it?
My goal is to loose at least 20 pounds and build muscle like leg muscle(I already have some but i want to build it more) I want to get arm muscle and abs.
I eat when I get out of school its mostly like fat food burgers,pizza, chicken wings etc... Im not as fat as you think I am
Is there any good healthy place there is too eat or make at home?

Losing 10 lbs a month is a good and safe target. Any faster weight loss is likely to be temporary only and in most cases you regain it all.
Running, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing, push ups, sit ups, squats, brisk walking and power walking all help for weight loss but dieting helps more.
You can always eat negative calorie foods for weight loss and below is a list of negative calorie foods that will boost your metabolism.
Negative Calorie Fruits:
apples
cranberries
grapefruit
lemons
mangoes
oranges
pineapple
raspberries
strawberries
tangerines
Negative Calorie Vegetables:
asparagus
beets
broccoli
cabbage (green)
carrots
cauliflower
celery
Chile peppers (hot)
cucumber
dandelions
endives
garden cress
garlic
green beans
lettuce
onions
papaya
radishes
spinach
turnips
These foods don't actually have negative calories but when you eat these foods raw or slightly cooked your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than what is in the food itself.
For a healthy weight loss add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most of them are full of healthy nutrients such as fiber, antioxidants and enzymes as well as vitamins and minerals.

To lose weight you need to do AEROBIC (cardio) exercises on nearly a daily basis. This will initiate oxidative phosphorylation (fat burn) within the cells. Get your heart rate around 100-140 bpm for 1-2 hrs. *walking/anaerobic doesn’t do much weight wise.
You also need to reduce intake of sugars, bad carbs and saturated fats. Drink water. Eat healthy. Eating way too little can cause weight retention. You CANNOT lose weight in one specific part of your body, but rather evenly across the body. Counting calories? Just keep ‘em moderate and do the aforementioned.
Some examples of aerobic exercises are running, zumba, dance, hard swimming, p90x, insanity, sports et cetera. Get your heart a pumpin’.
It will take dedication but the payoff is well worth it. Easy things are not worthwhile.

I'm a girl I'm 13 I play club soccer and I have practice two days a week and I'm pretty fit but the best way to loose wait is sometimes u don't eat or just drinks water and do not eat. It works my neighbor lost 90 pounds just drinking water and I mean don't like starve yourself but eat a salad or a pear. Sodas and chip are definetely not the way to go. Cut the crap and eat stuf with NO fat

degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor
