Why should I continue living if I Lose my limbs?

Question

people say that you are weak if u give up on life because u lost a limb,  How many limbs do I have to lose for you to be satisfied with me giving up? why should should I live if I can't run like I used to when I ran Track? would it be ok to die if I had no dependents?If i was alone?

Because just because your body is shot, or doesn't work, or whatever, that doesn't make you useless. Stephen Hawking has proved that.

Never give up. Even if you lose all of your limbs, you still have your mind. If you are really motivated, you could even come up with your own design for artificial limbs to help you. If you just give up, though, then obviously nothing will ever improve.

Because this is the only life we get, and we should all make the most of it. Just because you've lost limbs doesn't make you useless.

Like Usagi said, Stephen Hawking is one of the most famous disabled people in the world, and he has accomplished more then most non-disabled people.

Just wait, eventually artificial limbs will be better then real ones. They already have those running legs that can make humans run faster then leggy humans.
