Why does my toddler have dry wrinkled hands?
My 21 month old has been sick with croup but has been drinking pretty well I think. he hasn't been eating much and didn't sleep much for four days. Now he is doing better but his hands are dry and wrinkled. I thought this might be slight dehydration, but he has been drinking an alright amount and I don't see this listed as a symptom anywhere.

It probably isn't a symptom but maybe his body is just pulling moisture from that area or the air is. It's common for growing children to have changes in their skin from time to time based on their environment. Could be something else affecting it.
