what is the stuff you are supposed to write on your ticket or summons about the UCC that will protect you?

I see that a lot of people told you that all of the bullshit about the UCC means nothing. However, in view of those answers, you remarked:

Now, I don't know if Satan has any chldren who went into law enforcement, but I do know that your father certainly has at least one very stupid child. There is no big "secret" about the UCC. There are huge volumes of law, both stautarory law, and case law that are very, very clear. People who have any education at all are free to read those books. If you and your Sovereign associates are either NOT SMART ENOUGH to read them, or you Choose to Disregard them, you will still be wrong when you go to Court.

Cops, prosecutors (and defense attorneys) and the Courts can't all be in this big conspiracy, can they? Do you know why? Because they don't have to! The crap you are talking about DOES NOT MATTER.

Now, when taken to Court and you get found guilty , you keep on screaming how the cops are liars that Court profits from whatever you claim.

Buy a book (not one on-line) you can start with a few simple history books, and eventually you will find out you are wrong, (or stupid, or crazy - - - you decide).

You can write anything you want on your ticket, and it will do nothing to "protect" you.

The UCC or Uniform Commercial Code, is a "model' code that has been adopted in part by some sates, but not all by others. The "Sovereigns" and other lunatic fringe groups like to make believe that it has some sort of power to supersede other laws. They are completely incorrect.

Like I said, write anything you like. And, feel free to "reject" the law. However, when you don't pay the ticket a warrant will be issued for your arrest. When they arrest you and bring you before a Judge, you can spout that carp all you like, you will still be found guilty (if in fact you are guilty of the violation). You can the appeal that conviction as often as you can find higher Courts who are willing to hear the case. However, at the end, you will find that this mythical UCC has nothing to do with real life criminal and traffic law in the US.

It is a shame that morons like that have access to the internet. Once upon a time, they could only confuse a handful of local, gullible people. Now they can befuddle huge numbers of web surfers.

No, I am not making this up because I am a police officer. I am also an intelligent, well educated citizen who pays taxes and supports my community.

PS You never MUST sign the ticket. If you refuse to sign it, the officer simply writes "refused to sign" in that block on the citation.

The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) has absolutely nothing to do with a traffic ticket. Only the most gullible of people even fall for that. Signing the ticket is only acknowledging that you received the ticket. In some situations, refusing to sign or otherwise obstructing the officer require that you be transported to jail to post a bond in lieu of signing the ticket or court summons.

Whatever you heard was either a GROSS misunderstanding, or an outright lie. NOTHING you write about the Uniform Commercial Code means SQUAT on a citation or summons. Signing the citation ONLY acknowledges that you received a copy. It has ZERO impact on any rights you may or may not have. The UCC doesn't relate to your Constitutionally protected rights in any case.

Google "sovereign citizen" to find what the nut cases who no nothing about real law and are simply crazy feel counts. They often use fake maritime law. They often claim that the US Flag having gold fringe on it proves that we are ruled by maritime law. That is the real person, not the doppelganger kept of yu by the Federal Reserve.

Sovereign citizen BS impresses no one and finally has begun to inform judges and the like of the danger of believers. It took a whole bunch of cops being killed at ambush and a hole lot of fake liens against property of Judges and court clerks for them to understand but finally they are.

So do what it says on the sovereigns web sites so you can see the inside of a jail cell for a long long time.
