How do people make crop circles?
They often occur in the country side where there aren't complex instruments to create them. I don't believe UFO's or anything created them, and ones like these - https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&site=&tbm=isch... - obviously couldn't be created by pounding the Earth overnight.
I'm not a troll. I asked this here because the proper section is full of conspiracy theorists who insist that it's aliens. This is the next best thing.
Except that the complex designs I showed - and the fact that flattened stocks suffer long-term damage that indicates some sort of microwave manipulation - couldn't be done with a board in one night. Maybe one big circle, but not a giant triskelion made of hundreds of circles.
Daniel: I specifically said it wasn't aliens. Read the question, please.
Peter: It's not BS. Scientists have found that the stalks and seeds had stunted growth, even after the field was replanted. I'm simply wondering what sort of microwave tool would be used for creating these, and how people can make them so complex.
Is no one understanding my question? I DON'T BELIEVE ALIENS CREATED CROP CIRCLES. I'M JUST ASKING HOW IT IS DONE TERRESTRIALLY.

There are videos of people making complex designs overnight using boards. Search making crop circles on youtube. Remember Occam's razor.
"...the fact that flattened stocks suffer long-term damage that indicates some sort of microwave manipulation - couldn't be done with a board in one night". Long term damage might indicate microwave manipulation but it also might not. I don't see a causal link from what you've presented. The only available visual evidence shows crop circles, even complex ones, are manually produced.
Edit: Hope is certainly silly. Does she know she's quoting an avowed atheist along with her Bible quotes? How can she derive meaning without knowledge of the source of that information?

Wind can lay down a neat crop circle, comparable to by means of a dirt satan. However some designs are extra complex than any individual would count on from a common phenomenon. Even on the blackest, moonless nights you can still see by means of starlight or ambient city light, after one's eyes adapt. That commonly takes 15 to 20 minutes for college aged pranksters. No longer all crops circles have been defined as the hijinks of local pranksters, however plenty of them were, and that is the certainly reason behind all of them. It simply does not look probably extraterrestrials would go to the predicament to scare just a few farmers, when it would so easy for them to scare hundreds of thousands in some populated metropolis by means of pulling down "building" circles...

The geometry is actually quite simple using string. The complex patterns are worked out on paper in advance and some of the most complex are actually created in broad daylight.
As a farmer, the altered long term growth is easy to explain.
Crops are very heavily fertilized and if the crops are flattened before maturity, the excess nutrients will express themselves in next years crop growth.
We see it all the time when fields are partially hailed out.

They use a helicopter or crane to put a tractor into an area of the corn and then they mow down the stalks into a pattern. Or they find a center point to go into the field, do the mowing and then come back out at another center point so it can form a maze which they then open up to the public to walk through just before they harvest the corn. Usually the corn that is used is animal feed corn and not the corn that is harvested off the stalks for human consumption. Animals eat the entire stalk so it is just harvested after halloween is over.

It's actually very easy. All you need is two people, two wooden sticks and one sturdy rope between them. Then you just walk in the crops holding the rope tight and make the pattern.
Edit: There may be some other ways of doing this but I know people who have done crop circles with merely with a rope and two boards. Nothing as fancy as those shown in google-though.

An Aussie historian believes he has buried forever the ‘cereal’ lie that crop circles are the work of hoaxers – by unearthing Black Country images of them dating back to 1945 and beyond.
It’s ‘barley’ believable, but Greg Jefferys has also uncovered evidence of the phenomenon in scientific documents dating back to 1880.
The boffin, from Hobart, Tasmania, says his findings prove there’s more to the mysterious circles than hoaxers playing silly tricks.
“This discovery proves that claims by various artists to be the sole creators of crop circles are themselves a hoax,” he says.
“It just goes to show that the circles remain unexplained.
“I hope this discovery will stimulate renewed interest in crop circles by serious scientific researchers who have been fooled by the hoax claims.”
Greg, aged 59, who cut his teeth locating shipwrecks, used Google Earth’s new 1945 overlay – images of places taken 68 years ago – to make the breakthrough.
He spent more than 300 hours scouring the English countryside using the technology – and found a large number of crop circles.
Two of the most significant were on the outskirts of Stourbridge.

A board with rope handles, some string, and a lil geometry
no aliens...
Let's have aliens make a crop circle out of a forest with pinetrees! That would be impressive :)

Boards on ropes, saw a dude on TV make some.....he'd stomp on the boards & flatten the crop. I think you need some artistic talent too.

Wooden boards strapped to peoples feet and them walking in prearranged patterns.
There's a lot of bullshit that floats around peoples beliefs.
You may have read that flattened stocks suffered some form of damage that implies being bombarded by radiation but does that make it true?
