    Rowing machine, bar none.

    Not only will it work out your inner thighs more, you will get a solid full-body workout that will run circles around the exercise bike, especially if the bike you're considering is the one you provided a url for. That miniature bike will barely work any of your upper legs at all depending on how you bike. A rowing machine works your entire body, especially your legs since most of the force during the motion comes from your legs.

    If you had to pick between the two products you listed, you must pick the rowing machine. Even if it's not going to be the same exact products, a rowing machine is still a better option. One last thing, it's non-weight bearing so you can get a killer workout and your joints won't be abused like they are after a long run or bike ride.

    Lol argos gear. Don't waste your money on either. Just join the gym its the only way to get results.

    The only way to "help" your inner things look better is to loose weight. There is no such thing as "toning" no matter what bullshit you read in womans magazines.

    The way to loose weight is to create a calorie deficit by eating less, eating smarter, and exercising more.

    Or there's the low carb option, which is much stricter and significantly more complicated as carbohydrates are in most foods, but it is a better option for the dedicated and for athletes. If you want to look like an athlete you have to train and eat like one there is no short cut.
