If Christians really have this "purpose of life" which non-believers do not have, then why don't others detect any discernible difference between these Christians who purportedly have "purpose" while we don't have?

Again, this shows that Christians are deluded thinking we lack purpose. Or could this "purpose" be intolerance, bigotry and "no hesitation to kill unbelievers" as manifested throughout history? If that is the case, then, I would rather be a good person than to be a group that encouraged such division.

"why would a religion base a good portion of their religion on a reward and punish system?"

Every religion in the universe will have this. It's how your trick the simpletons. If there's no 'reward' or fear of punishment, then religious people wouldn't bother with religion.

Who would praise their god repetitively, if they thought god will never do anything for them, in this life or after they die?

Excuse me, but the purpose of life: to worship God, basically he created us for his pleasure, if you love people, you would tell them about the gospel, and Christianity isnt based on a punishment reward system. There would be no point because the life God intends for us is eternal, actually on a larger scale, God gives us a choice, so that we can choose Him/choose to love him as he loves us and we can be accepted into his kingdom(heaven). If we reject God, we go to hell, basically with out God is evil. He didnt create evil, evil is the absence of him. Once we seperate ourselves from him we experience the evil, sin, pain, and suffering that comes from being away from him forever, that is hell. Back to the eternal life God offers us, once we accept the free gift, we can live with Him in heaven forever. if you want something deep, we receive new bodies when we go to heaven, and there is no gender in heaven

This world is in the control of Satan. That is the reason for all bad things that happen to us. God wants you to do something to make this world a better place to live. He has a plan for you to execute towards this purpose. If yes, you join hands with him. He reveals the plan step by step to you. If you execute it, the world would be a better place to live. God also rewards you with the eligibility to enter God's kingdom, the most luxurious and most glorious place to live.

Jesus taught us that there is no hell. Hell was the invention of Pharisees to keep the common Jew under their control.

  • The purpose of life is to serve God on earth. People tend to forget that and bad things happen.

WE were made to serve the Lord......

and where do you think the Law of the land came from and it's origin ? Do you then believe there should be no consequences and or punishment for criminals and the disobedient and law breakers ?

Our Law is based on the Law of God, those who break the Law are punished...on this earth it is execution or prison, in Gods eternal punishment it is a prison of eternal death.

That's just what they believe. I don't think it makes sense, but it's their life and mind

I don't think life has a single purpose. Each person makes their own purpose according to their needs, wants, and desires.
