If you could bring people back from the dead, would you?
I don't mean raising zombies but warping people back who have died recently. Like if they are waking up from sleeping. Would you do it? I personally would not because I would never get a moments peace from people asking me to bring back loved ones. Plus, I think people would value life LESS if they knew there were no repercussions from dying.

Personally, I wouldn't. I do love them, and I do miss them terribly, but I honestly think it's wrong to do that. Even if we COULD bring them back from the dead, would they necessarily be the same person? When you die, everything in your brain stops functioning. They probably will not have the same mind if we could bring them back to life. It won't be the same person.
To me...When someone's dead, I believe they should stay dead. Death, for as horrible and scary as it might be for most, it's sort of poetic in a way. At least to me. It's a reminder that nothing good or beautiful lasts forever. There's an end to everything, and so that's why we try to make the most of what we do. That's why life and others are so important to us. If we could bring someone back, wouldn't there be a possibility that we could PREVENT death altogether? Would we still see value in life if there were no end, or we could just bring them back? With death, more life has a chance to be born as well. It gives other life a chance to experience things, to discover, to love, to feel, etc. It's just kind of poetic to me. I don't know if I sound stupid, but...Yeah.

Yes if I could I would.
But the rest of your question leaves me thinking that I may not be the one in charge of who I bring back, well that would change my answer to No.

No I would not. I don't think we are capable of deciding who is allowed to live or die, simply because we are all human. I followed this logic to disagree with the death penalty, but it works in this situation too, though I never thought it would.

I would if only to ask them where they came from and what it was like on the other side. Inform as to what we have in store.
