Im 14 and have eaten 2000 calories today HELP!!?

im 14 year old female and weigh 7 stone 5.. i normally eat around 1400 calories but we had family over and i had mcdonalds with a mcflurry afterschool. will i gain weight and do i need to eat less tomorrow or do exercise or something.

    Im 14 too! And a control freaaakk like that. Haha ^.^ dont worry some times its fine to have a bit extra;) i always eat something light like salad or something for lunch tommorow and excercise for a bit. Dont worry about it ! X

    600 calories more than normal? Damn sometimes I eat 2-3000 calories more than normal such as going to a buffet or something and I don't gain weight.

    That’s what a normal, healthy person is supposed to eat in a day - so don’t get worried about it, and don’t try to skip meals to make up for it. That would mess you up MUCH worse than eating normally. And always exercise - at least, whenever possible. But all things in moderation, including exercise.
