I feel insecure around the guy I'm dating?

Well I wouldn't say I was skinny, maybe a bit more than chubby but not obese. The guy I'm dating is ridiciously skinny and hardly eats anything around me. He makes me feel worse about myself even though he's constantly compliminting me. He likes me lots but he's never mentioned my weight. To add to this, he's Jewish and I'm Christian, we are both 16.

Go to a nutrition website or talk to a nutritionist. Figure out what a balanced, healthy meal looks like for you, if you are worried about what you're eating. If he doesn't eat much, that's just the way he is. Obviously he likes you since he's dating you and always complimenting you. And even if he didn't like you all of a sudden...who cares? He's not going to be the first boy in your life that likes you. If he's not 100% into you, toss him out! You deserve to be with someone that likes you as you are. Don't everrrrr change for anyone, especially a boy. You'll end up liking YOURSELF less, and they won't like or respect you more. I PROMISE.

Source(s): I'm a 23 year old babe who has dated 30+ guys and learned that if they don't like you, they don't matter!!! :) Just be yourself because at the end of the day, no matter how much you fake things...you will be yourself again and if they don't like it, you need someone who will :)

Stop being insecure about your weight! The important thing is he likes you for who you are and vice versa! Cheers!

Try caring for him instead of yourself and try to forget about what you look like.
