When ever she barks say the word "speak" and if she does it when you say that, give her a treat.

Mine would give little yips and moans when they wanted out, I used that time to teach them to do it on command. If I said "do you want to go out" they would give a little woof, I then used the

"speak" command right after I asked them. It didn't take long to for them to get it.

Do NOT make her angry or agitated. But do get her aroused by playing with a toy with her. Tease her a bit and see if she makes a sound. If she does, give her the toy or a treat. Repeat many times. Then add the word "speak." She should be talking in no time.

I taught my dog by having him and my sister's dog (that already knew the command) sit in front of me. I'd act really excited and say ''bark'', and whichever one barked first got the treat. He learned quickly :)

My sister taught her dog by having me and the dog sit in front of her. She'd say ''bark'' and when I pretended to bark she'd pretend to give me a treat. It only took a couple of times for the dog to learn it.

If she tried to teach the dog something, but the dog didn't understand very well, she used me to be an example for the dog to follow. This one's not the best unless you're fine with acting dumb and don't have another dog to use instead XD

All you have to do is make her angry or agitated by fighting her over her food or anoying her in some way. This will usually result in a bark.
