I would have to guess financial reasons for sure! I am 26 and I have lived on my own since I was 18. I have a great relationship with my parents but I just wanted to be on my own. I love living on my own but I know quite a few people my age that still live with their parents! I couldn't imagine...but what I do realize, is the amount of money that I would have saved! Rent, utilities, cable, internet and food every month...times 7yrs, times 12 months/yr...yep! And that's all on my own- no roomates, no boyfriend, no government assistance. Makes me sick to think of how much money I would still have if I mooched off of my parents this whole time!
