Well it will be on the GOP if the block many more legislation because citizens are against them on many critical issues. They just dream a delusion that any Hispanics are going to come over to their side. The writing is on the wall for local elections. The GOP is dieing of a thousand self administered cuts.

Yeah the Republicans won't pass it unless there is an increase in spending for the military so their masters the weapons manufacturers get more money

Maybe you missed last year's budget from Obama....that got ZERO yes votes from DEMOCRATS in the Senate or House.

Yes, I'm sure he does expect the do nothing Republican Congress to do nothing. They would much rather sit back and criticize than try to come up with solutions.
