How long do the side effects last after you take Monster energy?

How long do the side effects last after you take Monster energy 500ml can?

I am having high blood pressure, nervousness, unstable heart beat and blood pressure. Fear of darkness and dizziness. I took monster a week ago and now on medication. I am taking inderal, omega tab., xanax and saroxate. I can't sleep at night. I sleep in morning for 4 or 5 hours maximum.

Doctor recommended me these medicines for 1 to 2 months

    All depends on your body type could be 7 hours to 12 hours... But it just needs to run the course out of your system...
