Yes in a way she likes you and is appreciating the gesture, ask her out for lunch, tab is on you and treat her with respect.

It doesn't necessarily mean that she likes you because she accepted a flower. However, maintain a friendship with her and she just may fall for you

no but u never no go at her but really slow and say she looks good in something but not like omg ur hot lol jus like oh that looks nice on u oh ur eyes are very pretty ...did u do ur homework u no sum but go slow
