I gave a girl a flower and she accepted it. Does it mean she likes me?

It means she likes the flowers.

I don't know it depends on the way she reacted when you gave it to her. Did you give it to her like "hey I found this outside and I was going to give it to someone else but you can have it if you want." That would be more of a random friendly gesture. Or did you say something romantic and say "I found this flower and I thought about you." Because then she would know you like her. If she was blushing then she probably likes you. If she just took them and left then she's either not interested or she's to shy.

It doesn't necessarily mean that she likes you because she accepted a flower. However, maintain a friendship with her and she just may fall for you

Unfortunately for you, it doesnt. She may have just interpreted it as a little present or a sweet gesture that she got from a friend. And then tthere is the dreaded possibility. She just diddnt want to break yiur heart. I know, because I am a girl, myself.

if you just gave it to her that doesn't mean she likes you.. it completely depends on what you said and what she said after you gave it, if she said thanks then it was seen as a friendly gesture. if she acted flattered/embarrassed she could like you. we need more information!!!!xx
