You should definitely talk to your mom. Most cats will do just fine outside, but: it is safer inside. You could google outdoor cat dangers or something like that to show your mom. I don't want to scare you, but it might be good to scare your mom about what can happen to outdoor cats in our society. Google is great for that.

No matter what happens, don't kill yourself. Cats go to Heaven and if you kill yourself, you'll never get to see her again. I lost two cats in two years. One was only seven months old and got run over in our driveway. I was devastated and did not have another cat for over ten years, but now I have a beautiful cat and two adorable kittens. There will always be cats that need homes. No cat stays on Earth forever, and you don't know what cat will need your love in the future.

You recounted 1000s of years in the past. No cars then, no poisons then, no over population of cats then. No remedy for the diseases they obtained, no medical awareness if they got hurt or in poor health. No longer many kept them as pets, they had been for preserving the rodent populations down. Nobody seen that if one or two went missing as a wild animals lunch or dinner. Nobody really cared if they had been harmed in any respect. Times have converted. We now have brought the cat to one other level, a pampered pet. Now there are all those matters with a view to harm or kill a cat. We make an effort to like and cherish it and make certain it has the exceptional of what we can give it. We vaccinate them, take them to the vet if they're ailing. We guard them as a lot as we will. Just as we do our possess children. A baby is aware of higher than to expire into the avenue however they do chasing other youngsters or toys. The equal as a cat if it is chasing a chicken or rabbit. It is enthusiastic about what it is chasing and doesn't consider. There are poisons out there as a way to make the cat in poor health and might kill it. You cannot coach a cat what just isn't poison. The rodent populace is not what it use to be. They usually obviously have eaten poison and the cat that eats its can be poisoned. What in regards to the humans that kill and torture cats and animals. Sure, i can go on and on. It's a option i have made to hold my cats indoors. I want them to live a protracted and healthy existence, now not shortened by way of what can happen outside. I can control this. It is my choice. Your alternative is to let your cat go outside. Can you control what occurs to the cat external? Give you a rough time, no I won't but you did ask the query and will have to have been ready for any reply any one gives you. If you do not need our answers then you definitely will have to no longer have ask the question. AS for being 12 is that under the age restrict to ask questions. Humans are hooked in to their cats and love them. So take what ever solutions you get like a big girl and handle it. R P CAT

Let her know that it is the most dangerous thing to let an cat that has never been spayed/neutered out into the wild. She can get pregnant easily if let out long enough. If your mom doesn't provide the needs to care for the irresponsibility of letting her loose, it is also considered animal abuse.

If she is spayed, then you are safe along that guideline.

Stay calm...most indoor cats that are let out just stay in the bushes (especially if its just overnight).

Another thing you can do is sneak her in when your mom falls asleep. If you get in trouble, I say it would be worth over letting your kitty be put in danger (what I would do anyway).

A good advice is to keep the cat active during the day. Play with them as often as you can. Sometimes, you can wake them up gently if they start to fall asleep by petting them or brushing them. Letting them drain their energy during the day will help them sleep throughout the night.

Source(s): My cats are specifically indoor cats. They are not spayed or declawed. They are very sweet and affectionate as well. I keep them awake all day and they sleep all night. Works like a charm and give them the attention they crave.

Is she lost? Put up flyers.

Also, animals are pretty familiar with surroundings and use smell and vision to guide them back home. She probably did not just walk away from home. She noticed her surroundings, just like she noticed the layout of the home she shares with you.

Also, all living things do not want to get hurt. She will stay away from dogs and cats because they are loud and scary.

It is very much possible that she is doing fine.

I understand the love for pets, my pets are my life. But loosing them is just part of having a pet... Every pet dies eventually, sadly. And killing yourself over it is just absurd.

I'm sorry you lost her so soon, but there's still a chance she'll be found or will come back. Check shelters, put an ad on Craigslist, put up flyers.

Then go look for her. What good is posting this? If you do find her she'll most likely be pregnant which would be just lovely considering she's still a kitten herself.

I'm really really sorry. Maybe you should leave a notice that if someone finds it you'll that person money. Good luck
