    Just like every other criminal defendant, yes.

    The Constitution does not stop applying to defendants just because he's hated.

  • ACCUSED perpetrator, thanks. And yes, he is an American citizen. The bad guys have already won if he is not given his full rights.

    Of course he will. He has rights just like everybody else. I don't see how far it will get him though.

    He has to be arrested 1st. For all we know, he's just in custody now, being "detained".

    There will be plenty of sh** house lawyers standing ready to give him free advice. I'm glad he's still alive. That way he can be tried, then killed.
