1999 Chevy Blazer 4x4 problem?

I have a 1999 Chevy Blazer. Its hard to explain the issue but if you like look at this video of my Blazer on youtube it will explain it all. thanks and please only respond if you can help.

Update:

I am sorry I did forget to mention that when I put in 4wd low it acts as if its in 4wd the back tires spin as if they were in low but fronts ones do not. (Confirmed on ice) Also confirmed when driving @ 30 mph the tach is at 3k rpm (which I know is not right) normally its at about 1.5k rpm.

LOL plus dash light is not on either.

    1 priority at this point is to retrieve the diagnostic trouble code out of the transfer case control module. otherwise, if you follow these guy's answers, you're gonna be throwing parts at it until you guess the right component. the dtc stored will immediately get you going in the correct direction. a chevy dealer is best able to handle your situation.

    I believe the actuator in the font differential is bad that's why the lights blinking and not going into 4 wheel drive.

    i have a 95 blazer and when i push the button it has to stop blinking before it,s in 4 wheel drive ! if your buttons don,t stop blinking then it must be the switches on the dash or the actuator in the front pumpkin !

    do you hear any knocking in the engine ? if not then the engine is getting oil so it can,t be the oil pump or a rod bearing ! i would say change the oil sending unit down at the oil filter ! the loss of power i don,t think it,s coming from the oil, it could be because the cat. starting to clog up !

    either a problem with the switch at the dash. which is a common problem. or the motor which operates the transfer case. shop will narrow it down at ATRA.COM then decide if you want to do it yourself
