well, i think that when you are in the moment, it will eventually happen. and you should let it happen slowly. But you can also start it by unbuttoning his jeans, and being more sexual. but take it easy. Its a good thing that hes not rushing you to have sex.
your a virgin you must make sure that hes the right guy. Because the guy you lose it to, might be a guy that you will be emotionally attached to.

You can start doing stuff anytime you really want! However, don't plan stuff out too much! Guys hate that... Just go with the flow.. Wait for that special moment :)
