You can only delete open questions yourself via the Edit button.
Resolved questions with a best answer and undecided questions in voting cannot be deleted by users and go into a database that can be used for searching. They can only be deleted by Yahoo!.
The deletion of resolved questions with a best answer and the deletion of undecided questions can only be done by Yahoo! if you contact them by email and the questions must be of a very personal nature that discloses some very personal details that are causing you a lot of anguish and perhaps a lot of embarrassment as well.
The relevant email addresses are y_answrs_team@yahoo.com and (in Australia) y_answrs_team_au@yahoo.com.au
The missing "e" in "answrs" above is intended.
If enough people report resolved questions or undecided questions in voting they will be deleted by Yahoo!.
Unfortunately, you or Yahoo! cannot delete anything that has ended up in Google and/or other websites so you need to be very careful what you post in Y!A as you never know where it might end up. Q & A can be poached from the Y!A Main Board by other websites.

Once a question has been resolved it becomes property of Yahoo and cannot be deleted unless either the question or the Best Answer (or both) are reported as a violation of the Community Guidelines or TOS.
Sometimes the Yahoo Answers team will delete a question if you request it but usually this is only if you revealed personal information such as your real name, address, phone number, etc. y_answrs_team@yahoo.com

Once resolved or in voting you can't delete them.
To delete a question while it's still open, go to the question , pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, click Delete Question.

All you can do is hope it is reported as a violation even resolved questions can be removed that way.You could try emailing the YA team y_answrs_team@yahoo.com
explaining as to why it (they) should be deleted,. however Yahoo will only delete questions if they violate the community guidelines or reveal personal contact information (e.g. email address, phone numbers, address etc).
The same as above pretty much applies to your answers.

When your question is 'In Voting' or 'Resolved' you cannot delete it. You can contact Yahoo! Answers & explain why you want the question deleted, or ask someone to report your question as a violation... & hope for the best.
- How do you think about the answers? You can sign in to vote the answer.

The only way it will be deleted is if it gets reported as a violation of the community guidelines and you choose to not appeal the violation.

No you can't do that cause there is no option like that. But it gets deleted after a while
