No. I realize this is the contrarian view here, but defend it this way. In the Bible, there are basically two ways of going about ones life. Letting God be God, and ruling your life by his holy laws, and with his help. Secondly, doing what is right "in his own eyes", every man woman and child for themselves, being a law unto themselves, and following their own lusts and desires.
The first way is called the way of holiness; the second way is called the way of sin. Holy people do not foment wars lightly, if they do so, it is to bring about justice, righteousness, and peace. The principle is one of "just war". It is based on the principle that God supports the government of the righteous; the government bears the sword...enforces...the rule of law. In other words, there are wars where there should be wars, not simply for the sake of gaining territory or subjecting the inhabitants of other lands to tyranny.
Books have been written on the principle, and cannot be fully covered in a short answer on this forum. Before condemning all religion, for all wars...it may be useful to consider whether or not war is ever justified or not. As terrible as war is, there may be times when not opposing evil or injustice is worse than any alternative. Patriotism, religion, or family values...all have been reasons to fight. Sometimes it is simply better to accept that in an imperfect world, this is how it will always be.

Typical liberal thinking. Blaming society/religion/culture for the violence and sympathizing with person who actually committed the violence.

"Sri Lanka - Buddhist vs Tamil Hindus"
I see you're pathetically trying to squeeze religion into a war that has nothing to do with religion but territory. What, did you run out of examples?

Well after watching different series like The Borgia's and the Tudors and other things I 've read about I would say your question deserves a YES . mankind is so evil they hide in back of religion so they don't have to take responsibility for their actions I believe in God but Organized religion in my book is just a way to control and to get what ever you want out of people

This proved that religions were created by man in order to to set a perfection for human evolution.
Luke 11:17 But he knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself, shall be desolate, and a house divided against a house, falleth.
