Is my thumb injury a Break or a sprain?

My thumb got hurt and wondering if its a break or a sprain. I have full control of my thumb but my palm is killing me

    Probably just a sprain but I wouldn't even worry about going to the doctors cuzz they don't really do anything for a broken finger.

    To know that, you have to be X-rayed.
