S.C.- What are your positive opinions & negative reactions of Yahoo changes?

Why not tell us what YOUR opinions and negative reactions are seeing that you seem to be privy to some information the remainder of us know nothing about.

If it hasn't started yet I have no opinions but I can tell you that changes they have already made have, without exception, made Yahoo Answers far worse than it was before. Each change seems to make Y.A.a less enjoyable experience than it previously was so I am not looking forward to any more changes.

These new ones might be the last straw for many of us.

If they are not starting until June 1st there is nothing to comment on yet, however, some very weird things have been happening when I use Yahoo and I'm not sure if these are changes or errors on their part.

Just one thing I'll mention - sometimes when I type in my email address and click submit I am taken straight to my my most recent email instead of being shown the list and being able to select the one I wish to read. That first email is open and ready to read. It doesn't happen every time but it has happened quite a few times in the last few days. It is a little disconcerting because I lost my previous email account (presumable through being hacked) so when strange things happen now I am concerned.

If I were to lose another I would leave Yahoo altogether and will leave if they bring in changes l don't like also.

One big negative is that I never read about any changes until just now when I saw this question. Where do we look to see something about it? Do I understand them & how they affect users? Of course not. Haven't seen them yet, & it doesn't look like anyone else has either.

Oh. It's a change of discontinuing the old mail for everyone. I thought you meant a change to Y!A.

All I know is that I used to brag about how wonderful Yahoo's mail was. It did everything that anyone would want an email service to do. Now I haven't bragged about it for years because it's not wonderful at all. It's tedious to use.

They changed mine....and it's not for the better. The mail options don't work and the email page is a mess. Of course, what we, the users, want is a different matter and no concern of theirs.

I also got the email saying June 1 would switch from classic mail to the new mail..My husbands was switched some time ago and it is not fun to use..if it ain't broke why fix it..leave my email alone..

My email doesn't open, like it is frozen and I had to open a new email account that put an icon on my screen. I haven't read about any changes.

I already despise the new mail feature where after several different attempts and a lot of run-around, I usually just sigh and give up. It's VERY frustrating, and needlessly time consuming.

I wasn't aware there were going to be any changes still if they go ahead let's hope it's for the better.

I can't think of anything less important to me than what Y/A does. If Y/A disappeared completely I would feel bad for all of 3 seconds.
