after I was in a car accident mine lasted a week maybe and we got jarred good toso I would say your would probally stop hurting after a few days like most likely 5 at most

they don't do braces anymore. seems that they have been no help, and can have made it worse. I had whiplash some years interior the previous, and it lasted 3 months. i could now not turn my head. My buddy who had it suffered for one month, so I guess it relies upon. I did actual scientific care, which helped some. attempt a Google seek for. good good fortune and that i desire you assume greater effective quickly.
