Pre-calc converting polar equation to rectangular form?
I have no idea how to do this since it looks a lot different from the ones in my book. Any help?

Is it 2 over the whole (sin Θ + 1)? If so substitute √(x^2 + y^2) for r,
and y / √(x^2 + y^2) for sin Θ like usual.
Then do out the algebra; you should eventually get to
1 = 2 / (y + √(x^2 + y^2)
2 - y = √(x^2 + y^2)
4 - 4y + y^2 = x^2 + y^2
4 - 4y = x^2
(4 - x^2) / 4 = y
