my toes are numb whats wrong?

my two big toes have been numb for a couple months now at first i thought i was my shoes where too tight but i stopped wearing them now my second toes is starting to get numb. could it be diabetes or what?????

    Yes it could or if you injured your lower back it could cause numbing as well. Best bet is go to your doctor and get blood test , it mri if your back it also can be a nerve pinched.
