What anime or cartoon series should I watch?
What are some nice anime or cartoon series preferably with good mature humor(not stupid slapstick or plain stupid humor) has depth and if possible a good story(not nessessary for comedy). For anime I do like sexy anime ladies so bring it on but anything is fine. For cartoons I like the general stuff that people like, mainly because I dont look in too much on cartoons. Though adventure time is fun I dont usually watch it probably because of the animation so maybe a bit of weight there. I dont want to watch stuff just because they're generally popular but because they're actually good. I watched bleach a long time ago but I dont think it fits my taste anymore.

1full metal alchemist brotherhood(great story with tragic deaths while being funny)
2Trigun( short but perfect story, comedic, one of my favorites)
3Soul eater( funny, good story, lots of battles)
4 dragon ball z( funny, fighting, good story, only z since kai isnt all)
5 seitokai yakuindomo( funny, little fighting, shows that girls are perverted too, anime)
6 naruto( first series is great, shippuden if you want to learn more about the story)
7 hunter x hunter( just started, seems promising)

Try "Saiyuki" as far as anime goes.
For Cartoons give "Young Justice" a shot
