I'm a foreigner in England and in need of an IDP, but here in the UK it can only be issued with a British license. On the internet I haven't found information on how to get an IDP as a foreigner herr. Any help will be much appreciated!

An IDP can only be purchased from and in the country that issued you your drivers license. IDP's are nothing but a translation of your regular driving license, are almost never required and almost always a waste on money.

An IDP can only be issued in the country where your driving license is issued. You must go back home to get one if your home country does not provide a way to do it on line or by mail.
