Pain in elbow when throwing baseball?
I just turned 17, and I'm 6-2, 190 pounds. The pain is only when I throw, and really only occurs when I try to throw hard. The pain is bearable but it is irritating. It's been going on for about 4 months now. I also had tennis elbow when I was younger, like at age 13. Thanks for the help.
my question is if anyone has any idea of what it is then please help me. Sorry that wasn't clear enough.

It sounds to me that you have medial epicondylitis also known as Pitcher's elbow. It's from baseball, by repetitive motions of the tendons in your arm from throwing the baseball. To help relieve your pain you should rest, ice, and take an anti-inflammatory medication to help (like Aspirin). Hoped I helped :)
